Akem Olives Nkwain, Kimbi Randy King with their Founder/CEO Oliver Nshom Says they will offer this award to three finalist among the 20 contestants.
The aim of this award, according to the organizer, is to spur socio-economic growth among young people in their communities. Young aspiring Motivational speakers have the higher big hand to grasp this award. The award will enhance and help stimulate economic thinking skills and motorization of their arts, while at the same time, educating and promoting youths through the YouthsWorld Communities.
Also, encouraging entrepreneurship in this community will stimulate the various communities’ economy and that of Africa at large. This is based on the simple premise that if more youths find something useful to do, the rate of crime will reduce, thereby, further boosting the country’s economic development.
